As President of CalSPRA, I believe our greatest strength isn't found in what makes us different, it's found in our willingness to pull up a chair and learn from one another. Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand that meaningful connection begins when people are not only welcomed but valued and truly heard.  That's what I hope to bring even more of that to CalSPRA where every member has a seat at the table, every member has a seat at the table, every voice matters, and every story contributes to who we become together. Because when we create spaces of belonging, we don't just strengthen our profession—we strengthen each other.
